Water Outage and

Precautionary Boil Water Advisory

An emergency water line repair is in progress in the vicinity of Virginia Avenue off East Mud River Road, due to the line being damaged this afternoon by Frontier Communications. Customers in your area are currently experiencing either low water pressure or no water. Crews have been dispatched and repairs are being made. Once your water service is restored, you will be under a precautionary boil water advisory. Please be sure to bring water used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation to a full boil for at least one minute, then cool before use. Once the system recovers, we will collect water samples that must be analyzed for a minimum of 24 hours. You will receive another message from us letting you know when this advisory has been lifted. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact us at 304-743-3422 during regular business hours if you have any questions.
