Post Election Special Meetings

A Special Meeting to test voting machines will be held on Monday, May 4, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Cabell County Courthouse.

A Special Meeting to conduct the 2021 Municipal Election Canvass, originally scheduled for Friday, May 7th, has been moved to Monday, May 10th at 10:00 am at the Cabell County Courthouse.

A Special Meeting to declare totals from the 2021 Municipal Election and to certify the final count will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Milton City Hall.

Notices of these meetings are posted at Milton City Hall. A quorum of sitting Council is required at all three Special Meetings. All meetings are open to the public.

As a reminder to all Candidates, West Virginia Senate Bill 622 mandates that all candidates must maintain and file Campaign Finance Reports. Your next Campaign Finance Report must be submitted to the Milton Recorder or City Clerk by May 10, 2021.
