Milton Water & Sewer Rates
Current Water Rates

These rates are applicable within and outside the Milton city limits.
Current Sewer Rates
Sanitary sewer rates are based on the amount of water used.
Delayed Payment Penalty:
The above rate schedules are net. On all current usage billings not paid in full within twenty (20) days of the billing date, a ten percent (10%) penalty will be added to the net amount shown. This delayed payment penalty is not interest and is only to be collected once for each bill where it is appropriate.

Deferred Payment Agreement:
We have a deferred payment plan available. Please call our office for details.
Application for Water & Sewer:
New customers are required to complete an application for service and pay a security deposit of $45.60 for Water, $99.90 for Sewer or $145.50 for both. A photocopy of your Driver’s license and Lease Agreement (if applicable) is also required.

Water and Sewer Taps are $650 each.
