Notice System Infrastructure Improvement Project 09/14/2026

As you may know, there is a water line improvement project currently happening along James River Turnpike. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing fragile lines that have been in the ground for many years and reduce the number of future water outages in that area once the project is completed. However, while the project is in progress, we expect there will be unplanned outages at times. We do realize this is an inconvenience, and for that we sincerely apologize and ask that you please bear with us.
